Good evening, everyone! I am updating you on what looks to be a hectic week here in Central Kentucky. Several storms will move into the area, with the first round arriving Tuesday morning into early Tuesday afternoon. This round doesn't appear to pose a severe weather threat; it's just your typical shower and storm activity. The second round looks to move on Tuesday night. I am still determining how high our severe weather threat will be with this round, but we will look at a severe weather risk. The third round looks the most concerning, and everyone must pay close attention. Any of you who follow me knows that I do not hype weather events up unless I see something that concerns me, and I absolutely see Wednesday's event as concerning. This round will be Wednesday evening into Wednesday night, and according to the National Weather Service, the "concern is growing for what could be a significant event late Wednesday/early Thursday if some of the current data verifies."

The SPC has placed the entire area in a severe risk for Tuesday and Wednesday. This will be upgraded as soon as in the morning.

I usually don't share the image below, but these are the CWASP values for Wednesday. Areas with a blue 85+ are strongly compared historically with significant severe storms and/or significant tornadoes.

Ill have a LIVE video tomorrow evening, please stay weather aware this week!
